Delivery Policy

1. All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (Monday - Friday).
2. Delivery to East Malaysia will take up to 4 weeks due to limited flights.
3. During promotion period may take longer time to process the order.
4. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekend or public holidays.
5. All deliveries are only within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia / Sabah and Sarawak). Address (street names and post code) must be correct. 
6. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or International address. 
7. We only use standard packaging materials 
8. We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia / Sabah and Sarawak)

Shipping Charges

1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout with below reference based on regions. 
2. The fee is subjected to change by the management without prior notice.
3. Strictly no refund for shipping handling charges.

• Parcel - Within Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) 

• Parcel - Inter - Region (East Malaysia):

          i) Between Peninsular Malaysia and Sarawak

          ii) Between Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah
